Our online refund and exchange policy

Returns

We offer returns within 10 days of purchase, with a valid receipt. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging, with the tags attached.

Exchanges

We are not able to offer exchanges online. We recommend shipping your return back and placing another order online.

How to return your online order

Shipping costs to return products are non-refundable

You will be notified via email to confirm we have received your item and to provide you with your refund details.

Gift cards

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as credit back onto a gift card.
